In May, we introduced 477 CONNECT, a dynamic building expo designed to foster connection and collaboration among our tenant community. Over two days in The Collider, 14 tenant teams, including AC3, Lumify Group, Hnry, Healthdirect Australia, Ankor Software, and Gurru, showcased their work through creative, fully recyclable cardboard stalls. The event featured networking sessions, panel discussions, and thought-provoking talks on AI, sustainability, and the future of work.

Together with our charity partner Two Good Co. we’ve created meaningful volunteering opportunities for our community. Together, we’re making an impact by supporting vulnerable women and promoting kindness, towards ourselves, each other, and those who need it most. Every act of kindness can change the course of someone’s life.
Our collaboration with Rooftop Bees, Australia’s leading urban beekeeping organisation, reflects our commitment to sustainability and biodiversity. By hosting beehives on our rooftop, we’re helping protect pollinators and supporting a healthier urban ecosystem.
As part of our ongoing support for local art and culture, the October curation at 477 features stunning works by renowned Sydney-based artist Anya Pesce. This initiative celebrates creativity and brings vibrant, inspiring pieces into our shared spaces.
